Digital Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

The Brick is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to plan, execute and optimize digital marketing for The Brick. You'll be tasked with growing our traffic (online and in-store using SEO, SEM, digital display advertising, social media, email and more.

Responsibilities include:

Identifying and project-managing digital marketing initiatives

Coordinating online contests and events

Publishing digital flyers

Measuring ROI for all digital marketing activities

Developing and presenting regular reporting and analytics

Collaborating with advertising team to align processes

You will also assist with:

Scheduling and proofing creative campaigns

Researching customers and developing a digital marketing road-map

Optimizing email strategy

Improving SEM strategy

Planning and allocating digital marketing spend

Planning digital marketing calendar, and campaigns

Directing design and development for email and display advertising 

Job Requirements


Education and Experience Required:

Post-secondary degree in a related field

2 years' relevant experience

Advertising copywriting, retail and / or digital marketing experience an asset

Bilingual (French/English) communication skills an asset but not required

Knowledge and Skills Required:

Impeccable written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills

Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS

Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
