Stogryn Sales is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for their busy Southeast Edmonton office. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company’s salon & spa divisions and marketing department. Typical duties will include preparing handout materials for training seminars and trade shows, updating forms, report tracking, coordinating incoming projects (marketing/advertising) via communication with printers and designers, providing support for sales representatives, some desktop publishing and other office duties as needed. The successful candidate will work closely with professional salon and spa product lines, as well as a team of Business Development Managers and educators across Canada.
Candidates are required to have two years of progressive experience in an office setting and customer-service based environment. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint FTP software, and a proficiency in both Mac and Windows environments is required. Experience with graphic design software, social media and digital marketing is an asset. The candidate must also demonstrate excellent organizational, time management and communication skills, with strong initiative and a positive attitude.
