Thank you for your interest in Randstad Staffing! We are seeking to fill a Registration Clerk position for our reputable government client.

If you are a creative thinker, good communicator and able to work independently as well as in a team environment, we are looking forward hearing from you!

This position entails the following duties and responsibilities:

-Register students into safety classes efficiently and accurately

-Registration into specific training centres (e.g. WCB, EI, Alberta Works etc

-Set up company memberships

-Online customer support for students

-Process the course documentaion for 'inhouse' courses taught by company trainers

-Confirm student eligibility through tracking pre-requisite course completion

-First level tech support

-Back up reception services support


-Other general office duties

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

-1 to 3 years of related experience

-Experience in a demanding customer service environment and high volume data coordination required

-Fluent with MS Office
