The successful candidate must be a professional Senior Administrative Assistant with at least 7 years of experience at a senior level and possess advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills. This role requires a detailed person with excellent multi-tasking abilities that can support a busy office and handle large amounts of data and information. As well, this person must be confident presenting department information to executives at monthly meetings. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to enhance their skills in a dynamic work setting!The Role:Providing direct support to office executives Making travel arrangements and managing calendars, schedules and meetings Drafting and reviewing all memos, correspondence, documents and presentations Verifying and entering all expenses and invoices Attending executive meetings and making presentations and taking meeting minutes Maintaining and ordering office supplies and equipmentThe Ideal Candidate:Previous senior-level administration experience Advanced MS Word skills with the ability to use macros, micros, templates and style sheets Advanced Excel skills, including excellent data entry skills and the ability to use macros, micros, pivotal tables and the If function Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented person with exceptional time management skills
