Tenders Administrator - Bi Lingual (French) - South Edmonton 345609)

Our South Edmonton client is currently seeking a Bi Lingual, French/English speaking Tenders Administrator. This is a permanent role, where you would be working in a head office environment alongside of the Sales and Marketing team.

This position entails the following duties and responsibilities:

.Management of Tender Documents, templates, guidelines and resources

.Conduct web searches covering all industry customer sites

.Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to make bid decisions

.Order and Receive tenders as required, review details and requirements, prepare detailed requirements checklist, forward to Sales and Marketing team for completion

.Orchestrate entire tender process from start to finish to include document exchange, sections to complete, mandatory requirements to meet, pricing modifications, and final signatures

.Prepare printed copies of tender (RFI) as required - Print, bind, copy add brochures, prepare CD's and add other material as requested.

.Present completed documents for shipping

.Follow Up on tender progress and communicate win/loss to Managers as required

.Prepare and submit monthly tender summary to manager

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

.Must speak/write fluent French and English

.Must have 2-4 years experience in Administrative Support role

.Experience working with Contracts, contract law, legal terminology a huge asset

.Must be able to work well with others

.Displays superior communication abilities

.Comfortable with MS Office applications, online navigation
